Maintenance Fees

The Management has placed before the Hon’ble Members the welfare activities extended to Hon’ble Members during the year 2016-17 as under:

  1. It was decided to reduce monthly subscription of Members and scrapping of Sports subscription w.e.f 1st Feb-2017 as detailed below:
    1. Reduced the monthly subscription from Rs.500/- to Rs.300/- pm
    2. Cover charges are completely scrapped.
    3. The subscription for Library, Swimming Pool, Health Club, Billiards, Yoga Tennis, Shuttle, Carrom, Table Tennis and Squash Court are completely scrapped.
    4. Further rebate on BEST BRANDS OF LIQUOR is allowed, 25% rebate on every Thursday’s and Sunday’s only (Happy Days) throughout the year, however this rebate shall not be applicable for party hall sales and take away sales.
    5. The Club Management has decided to supply one bottle of 250 ml. of drinking water ONE TIME  in a day on the serving table FREE OF CHARGE at Bar & Restaurant, Cards Hall and Library for consumption only w.e.f 1st Feb-2017.
      1. Game charges for playing cards has been scrapped on all week days (throughout the year)
      2. Game charges for playing cards will be collected on Sunday’s & Govt. Holidays only.
      3. New Playing Cards will be given on Sunday’s & Govt. Holidays only.
    6. To introduce maintenance charges at the rate of 10% on all receipts including subscription, admission fee except Regular and Institutional Memberships w.e.f 01.03.2017.
    7. Monthly Subscription for Spouse Members is Rs.300/- (Only for those who uses the facilities). He/She can use all the facilities viz., Library, Playing Cards, Shuttle, Tennis, Swimming pool, Health Club, Billiards, Yoga, Carom, Table Tennis, Squash Court.
    8. Monthly Subscription for Senior Dependent Members between 21 yrs -25 yrs is Rs.500/- (Only for those who uses the facilities). He/She can use all the facilities viz., Library, Shuttle, Tennis, Swimming pool, Health Club, Billiards, Yoga, Carom, Table Tennis, Squash Court.
    9. Monthly Subscription for Dependent Members below 21 years is Rs.300/-. He/She can use all the facilities viz., Library, Shuttle, Tennis, Swimming pool, Health Club, Billiards, Yoga, Carom, Table Tennis, Squash Court.
    10. Dependent Members & Senior Dependent Members are not allowed to play cards.
    11. The Club has decided to supply Tea only at 11.30 a.m. and Tea with 2 biscuits at 5 p.m. for Members and staff. 
    12. Car parking Sticker is mandatory. Only while using the Club facilities Hon’ble Members are permitted to use car parking facility.
    13. Photo ID is a must and shall be carried whenever the Member visit the Club and show the ID card whenever demanded.
    14. Pay & Use Car parking facility for Guests is available at Lower Basement Car parking area facing West Gate.  
    15. Children play area (amusement park) - 30% rebate to the Members.
    16. Bowling Alley: 3 Dedicated lane for Cosmo Members and 30% rebate to the Members.
    17. Restaurant:
      1. Chutney Chang: Dedicated Cosmo Lounge – 20% rebate to the Members.
      2. SUBZ: Dedicated area for Cosmo Members- 20% rebate to the Members.
      3. Reliance Fresh: For Cosmo Members.
      4. Travel House: For Cosmo Members- VISA, Passport and Ticket booking – 5% rebate to the Members.
      5. Beauty parlour: 30% discount for Cosmo Members.
